This had been great so far. Quick and responsive. My only problem is the remote. It had great features but, I cannot see the buttons in low light. There is no back lighting. I keep it in the bedroom and it's usually dimly lit. If i want to select anything, I have to turn on the light or fumble around with the phone and turn on the flashlight.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love Samsung TVs. This model though I would have to say is just ok. This model though lacks an easy to use sleep timer and doesn’t have any voice control.

Thank you for your purchase. You are correct that the DU7200 TV does not have a Sleep Timer button. However, you can use the SmartThings app to turn on your TV by creating a Routine. To do so, ensure your TV is set up on your SmartThings app. Inside the app, press the + button and select Create Routine> If (Enter Time) > Then (Control devices). I hope this helps!

unfriendly control of streaming applications

Had to buy a voice activated control and a sound bar to be able to access the Roku and friendly applications which I downloaded and maintain a quality sound level (kept fluctuating in volume). Have to back out of the steaming application after shut off in order to have the guide come up properly again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate your feedback on the Samsung DU7200 TV. I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your Wi-Fi disconnecting from the TV.
First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. I recommend enabling auto-updates to ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.
Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.
I hope these tips help resolve your concerns.
