unfriendly control of streaming applications

Had to buy a voice activated control and a sound bar to be able to access the Roku and friendly applications which I downloaded and maintain a quality sound level (kept fluctuating in volume). Have to back out of the steaming application after shut off in order to have the guide come up properly again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate your feedback on the Samsung DU7200 TV. I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your Wi-Fi disconnecting from the TV.

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. I recommend enabling auto-updates to ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.

Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

I hope these tips help resolve your concerns.

So Put Out with Samsung products

I am very disappointed with Samsung and your product of TV’s. I purchased 3 Samsung TV’s between Dec 2023 and Dec 2024. The 43” I purchased in 2023 quit working in Dec 2024 out of the blue just after I purchased another 43” tv in Nov 2024 for my room at my son’s house. And I also bought a 32” for my grandson in December 2024. Now I have one that lasted only a year, I’m hopeful the other two last more than a year. I wrote toe Samsung about my tv and never got a reply. My son also has problems with his huge Samsung tv. We are so put out with your products and no help from your company.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This tv works really well. Three stars because we had to buy a separate Roku stix to get certain program apps.
Very strange. Also our older Samsung was (smarter) more user friendly than the “smart” tv.

I am truly satisfy yhe purchase i mafe buying the Sampson television. I broight my first sampson televisoon over 15- 20 years ago and I have not brought another brand. I do not have any problems at all. I am well pleased.
