A must for guest room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 3-Samsung smart TV's and there is no question that I would not buy a Samsung. In addition to quality, I get Samsung Plus, access to all my streaming services, and picture quality which is hard to match.

Nightmare to use

This product is extremely hard to set up. The remotes are clunky. It's hard to change channels. Much of the time the remotes take me to the wrong channel. Support was of little help after spending 6 hours on the phone in 5 different sessions. I will not buy another Samsung TV.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To assist you in learning the various features, functions, and settings of your DU7200 TV and remote, you can download the TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website under ‘Support’ (top right corner) > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can select the DU7200D TV under Crystal 4K TVs > D Model Lineup to download the guides you would like.
The e-Manual and Remote Guide are both also embedded into the TV itself under Menu > Settings > Support.
If you need more help, Samsung is here for you! Please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. Our LiveChat agents are also available by clicking on the ‘Support’ link on our website.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 85” Crystal Samsung Tv is super. It had grt crystal pic qualities. No wonder why it is crystal UHD. I love it. The sound is unique as well. My only qualm is the overall weight which is 88lbs.I Hope the manufacturer decreases the weight in their next products for easy convenience.

Samsung's DU7200, as depicted on their website, presents a range of enhanced features. With PurColor technology promising a broader color spectrum and 4K Upscaling for improved resolution, it delivers sharper images. Motion Xcelerator reduces lag and blur for smoother visuals, while Mega Contrast and HDR ensure better brightness and contrast adjustments, especially in darker scenes. TV has a user-friendly UI & has a sleek design, featuring a slim look display, adding aesthetic value to the space. Overall, Samsung's DU7200 appears to prioritize technical advancements for an immersive entertainment experience. Looking forward to using the TV for some more time to see the performance. Looking forward to buying one more Samsung TV, will need to see which model to buy though.
