Too much clutter. Very disappointing

I’ve purchased over a dozen Samsung smart tvs for multiple properties over the last few years. Unfortunately the rise of Samsung “content” has made navigation much more difficult and ease of use, well, not easy. They are valuing paid advertising over their owners. The tv buyer has become just another “captured user” forced to endure whatever junk they are pushing.
Disappointing.

The TV size is great 85 but the internals and the software are slow and clunky. I've had the TV for a year and the screen is detaching from the back of the TV. No resolution from Samsung. They pretty much said it was my problem and this is after I bought four other Samsung TVs. So needless to say, I'll probably be moving in a New direction my next time to purchase
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Picture!

I really like my new Samsung TV. The picture is wonderful; clear, crisp, and the colors are beautiful. I am quite upset that the new televisions lack sound ports on the unit themselves. I wear hearing aids and wanted to get a device that would allow my hearing aids to pair with my tv using Auracast Bluetooth technology. This technology sends the audio directly to my hearing aids so I can hear the tv without increasing the volume and annoying family members. The devices require sound ports from the tv and will not work through a sound bar or HDMI cord. By removing the sound ports on the television sets Samsung has overlooked the hearing impaired population of Americans and put the Auracast technology out of reach. I really wish that Samsung would consider making models of the new HD televisions with sound ports to allow for Auracast & Bluetooth transmitter devices like the ReSound TV Streamer, Adantree Audikast Transmitter, HomeSpot Transmitter, and other similar transmitter devices. Instead, I am forced to use the CC function and reading subtitles, which are sadly not available on many streaming services (without a prolong procedure of going into the settings every time you are watching). Further, CC is not available for many commercials and I have found lags or is totally incorrect. Samsung please consider offering models with the old red, yellow and white sound ports.

Great tv for the price. I bit of back bleed, yet fine for the price. It can be a bit slow with processing. I like the tv for the bedroom. No complaints

Amazing TV with crystal clear picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this TV mainly for streaming and it has wonderful picture quality and clarity. I love the fact that the screen has very thin bezels so anything you watch pretty much takes up the whole screen.

Extra noises

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately this is the first TV I ever had that makes aggravating clicking noises for about 5 minutes after I turn it on and same after I turn it off. Unfortunately it was after my 2 week warranty that I completely noticed it

Thank you for reaching out and letting us know about the noise you are hearing from your TV.
If you are hearing a loud static noise, it could be caused by electrical feedback. I recommend the following:
1. Arranging the cables and making sure the TV has good ventilation will keep it quiet.
2. Check the cables. Make sure all cables are connected firmly to the proper, color-coded inputs on the TV and on the external devices.
3. Replace the audio connection cable.
Replace the audio connection cable, even if it is an HDMI or RF coaxial cable. Then test again to see if the issue still occurs.
4. Try connecting a different external device to the same input on the TV.
Connect a different device to the same input on the TV using the same connection cables.
For example, if a cable box is connected using the component connections, try connecting a DVD player to the same input with the same cables.
If there is no buzzing, crackling, or humming with the second external device connected, the original device (the cable box in this example) is the source of the noise.
