The TV size is great 85 but the internals and the software are slow and clunky. I've had the TV for a year and the screen is detaching from the back of the TV. No resolution from Samsung. They pretty much said it was my problem and this is after I bought four other Samsung TVs. So needless to say, I'll probably be moving in a New direction my next time to purchase
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing TV with crystal clear picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this TV mainly for streaming and it has wonderful picture quality and clarity. I love the fact that the screen has very thin bezels so anything you watch pretty much takes up the whole screen.

Extra noises

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately this is the first TV I ever had that makes aggravating clicking noises for about 5 minutes after I turn it on and same after I turn it off. Unfortunately it was after my 2 week warranty that I completely noticed it

Thank you for reaching out and letting us know about the noise you are hearing from your TV.
If you are hearing a loud static noise, it could be caused by electrical feedback. I recommend the following:
1. Arranging the cables and making sure the TV has good ventilation will keep it quiet.
2. Check the cables. Make sure all cables are connected firmly to the proper, color-coded inputs on the TV and on the external devices.
3. Replace the audio connection cable.
Replace the audio connection cable, even if it is an HDMI or RF coaxial cable. Then test again to see if the issue still occurs.
4. Try connecting a different external device to the same input on the TV.
Connect a different device to the same input on the TV using the same connection cables.
For example, if a cable box is connected using the component connections, try connecting a DVD player to the same input with the same cables.
If there is no buzzing, crackling, or humming with the second external device connected, the original device (the cable box in this example) is the source of the noise.

Okay product, but not the best choice for me.

I bought this a few weeks ago and I am not happy the way it loads up. It is slow warming up. Then when it does come on, the last show that was on is in a tiny box that sits there for awhile and then finally decides to bring up the big picture of the show.

Horrible!

Hate this TV and regret buying it. I would return if I could. The dashboard is not user friendly, the remote control has minimal functionality. Just awful and super confusing. Also, I swear it has a mind of its own sometimes, I will pick an option and it will do something on its own. LOL. Last, it is SUPER SLOW when moving from one channel to another. I’ve used Roku for years and should have stuck with it, soooo much easier to navigate.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features!

My family bought a 65 inch a month ago and we are very pleased. The colors are very bright and sharp. Another plus are the free channels, we especially love the music videos!
