I am very happy with this product. It is a part of a 4 Samsung TVs. I’ve had others but nothing compares to Samsung. I thought if I went bigger from 65”to 75 I would lose clarity. It didn’t happen.

Great hardware, software needs work

The picture quality of this TV is great for its price point. It is also very bright, going from a dark scene to a light scene actually hurst my eyes, that's how bright it can get. Overall, I am very happy with the performance of the TV for streaming, watching movies, and video gaming. That said, the Samsung software is convoluted and complicated. Some apps take too long to load (like Disney+ and YouTube) and navigation requires too many clicks to get where you want to be. Amazing hardware, ok software. I hope Samsung will put some more effort into software and also offer more frequent updates.
