Samsung- a great TV and more

All of my TVs are Samsung. We love everything about them front picture, to sound to built in options. If I had to say anything negative, the remotes had dropped the sleep timer button to provide a quick link to another app. That’s it and with Samsung Smarthings - we found out most other devices we own not Samsung work within the one app.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for purchasing Samsung’s DU7200 TV and for sharing your feedback regarding low volume. To start, we recommend making sure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates can include improvements to sound performance: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update
If volume levels still seem too low, you can improve sound performance by adjusting a few key settings:
Sound Mode: Navigate to: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Mode
Auto Volume: This feature helps maintain consistent volume levels across content and input sources. Turn it on under: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On
You can also explore Expert Settings to fine-tune sound output with adjustments for Balance, Equalizer, and more.

Good TVs but horrible control buttons.

I have been a Samsung customer for over 20 years. I still like the product except for the controllers. I had a lot of trouble with the new controllers , especially the solar tiny units. I went on line and bought new controllers but they are more complicated with buttons I do not need, please go back to making good controllers that work easily and have some size that will make them easy to use. You should really replace what I have for free. In recently I bought 4 Samsung TVs. (my house was hit by lightening destroying all electronics) I have 3 tiny control units I do not use. This model at least did not have a solar controller so a bit better. I have 2 solar and I don't use them. There are three 65 inch models.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Don't buy samsung tvs

Horrible,color, volume, and contrast all bad. Bought fo main living room in new house also bought 3 Roku tvs by one for other rooms. So much better and 1/4 of the price. Wish would of kept box, would definitely return. Still have receipt only 2 months old. Loads alot slower too.

We appreciate you sharing your experience with the DU7200 TV. Your feedback regarding image quality is essential to us and will be shared with our internal teams. Please try adjusting the below image settings to improve your picture.
Go to Home > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments. 2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. 3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. 4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. 5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also go to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image.
For sound adjustments, go to Settings> All Settings> Sound.
