Please know the DU7200 TV has a built-in tuner but will need an external antenna to access local channels.

Hi Garbage,

Thank you for sharing your experience with Internet connectivity. If you’re experiencing issues with the Wi-Fi connection, we suggest you try the following:

1. Use 5Ghz Wi-Fi if possible
2. Try wired LAN if available
3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router
4. Try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

You can enable automatic updates for convenience.
Go to Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

remote issues

the remote does not need to be on WIFI so insisting I turn it on when it works without it is frustrating. Also volumn control from the remote is horrific and needs a simpler design. old people will get confused. i cant use it on the remote. its too complicated. simple is better

No Audio Out

I just unpackaged this and all of my other Samsung TVs are great but out of the box this one is disappointing. It has no optical audio out to hook into my sound bar. It requires an expansive hdmi to optical adapter

Dont buy this tv if you need it to connect to wifi

Don’t buy this tv if you like having it connected to your internet through WiFi. These tvs are notorious for network issues for no reason. This has been cross referenced with several devices every time the internet goes out. Furthermore, this has been tested over three separate tv systems that are all this model and has been shown to be extremely reliable data collected over three years. I just finally got tired of it tonight. Again. Don’t buy this tv

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. I recommend enabling auto-updates to ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.

I just love my new TV
