I love the picture and size. However I am 93 years old and not Tech Savvy. I have a great deal of trouble with
the remote control and still have to call my granddaughter a great deal to help me. Since she does not live
with me--this is not convenient.

Remote is all black with no back light. Have to keep a flashlight right beside me whenever I use it.
No recorder button so I can speak.
Without a sound bar sound is tinny even though I’ve adjusted the bass settings.
Would really think twice before purchasing another TV by Samsung.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good picture poor quality

We purchased this TV less than 3 years ago and enjoyed it until it died. We watched it on Sunday morning and it went out and would not power on. I tried all recommendations from Samsung but it was dead. It only had a year warranty so we now have to purchase a new TV. I have a Sony that I purchased 15 years ago and it performed like the day I purchased it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful picture!

This TV is a beautiful set! I got it along with rental furniture for an apartment I'll need while my home is being built. Gorgeous picture. Different kind of remote that I figured out quickly. I will need to purchase a couple of TVs in a few months and this one will be on my list from which to choose.

I wild not purchase again

I like the picture, but the gv is extremely slow. Once you choose a network, like netflix or prime video - any option you choose actually, it takes a long time to load.

We appreciate your feedback on the response time, and for optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your DU7200 TV. You can check this by going to Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

Constantly buffering,reloading YouTube tv,wifi

I love the tv but have a couple of problems first, all of a sudden it started buffering ,then a few times i turn on the tv i am kicked off of WiFi and have to troubleshoot to get it back and lastly while on YouTube tv i get kicked off and it has to reload it. I googled Samsung fixes and did them but still continues to happen. Can you help?

Thank you for sharing your experience with the YouTube TV app on your TV. The issue you’re encountering may be related to network strength or stability. We recommend the following steps:

1. Connect to a 5GHz Wi-Fi network, if available
2. Use a wired LAN connection for increased stability
3. Reposition your router to reduce obstacles between the TV and the router

Please also check that your TV is running the latest firmware by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update. From there, you can also enable Auto Update for added convenience.

For improved app performance, we recommend running Device Care, which can help by clearing memory and closing background apps. To access it: Settings > Support > Device Care
