Not so great

We have one issue, the set will just stop no sound and no picture. It's as if the pause button has been pressed. Except for a white circle rotating around ... nothing. Once when it was doing this I checked the operation of our computers, cell phones and printer. They were all working well. The TV set continued with the rotating circle for ten more minutes then the set came back on. I'm 77 and can no longer pick up the set up. Additionally I'm my invalid wife full time caregiver so finding a sitter, somehow loading the set, then taking it back to the store is an impossible task. So we have just learned to live with it. My cell phones are Samsun and many of our appliances too, and always praised your products BUT this has really put a damper on things.

Thank you reaching out. If your TV freeze and/or lags, please try running a cold boot. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds. For optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your TV. TVs all fried in less than 2 years

This is my third Samsung TV that just died out of the blue. None of them lasted more than two years. It’s very heartbreaking because the screen quality is amazing but mine haven’t lasted.

Crystal TVs

At first glance the tv is and delivers great picture and functioned as expected. But I purchased the tv in Sep 2024 only for it to die out randomly by Jun 2025. Haven’t even had the TV a year yet. I’ve owned many brands and still have them 10 plus years. It is still under warranty and I’m currently waiting for Samsung to retrieve it and enable me to get a replacement. Needless to say I’m not happy with the longevity of the crystal type Samsung tv.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not user-friendly

Difficult to use the remote and to get to the different apps. Very confusing and arduous. And of course there is never any instructions to assist in learning how to navigate it. Very frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my Samsung TV. I have been a Vizio fan for some time with no issues at all. I will admit that at age 68, I wanted a larger screen and my decision would probably be based on cost. I found a great deal on this one and snapped it right up. Picture and sound are really great. My only problem with it is Me - I’m not used to the newer technology and so I have been working on that. I really only use basics but I needed to work on pairing my AirPods and adjusting volume - both are now working great!! Bonus - my old 42 inch screen got moved to my bedroom and my older yet 32 inch screen was converted into a monitor for my computer!!

Great picture and sound

The television itself has great picture and sound. The remote is a disaster. Difficult to use, no numbers, few letters. Impossible to figure out how to do easy tasks, like find the guide, or locate recorded shows and movies. Absolutely hate the remote
