Too many hick-ups

Installed apps keep going off- I learned how to hold down the off key to delete extra content, but have to do that fairly often.

Perfect for my needs. Easy set up, my only problem is that in order to sign into my samsung account they need to send me a text and I don't have a phone for that wish they could send an email

We installed all by ourselves! Super Easy!

The 55" size was as large as we could go in our new home. There was a wall mount already installed in a book case that designated our maximum size. Great picture with vibrant colors. Easy to hang on a swivel wall mount. Connecting to our internet provider was super easy! Highly recommend the size. Love all the preload Apps, so we just needed to log into our accounts. We were chilling to our favorite programs in warp-speed!

Absolutely love the TV. The picture is crisp and clean. and they have tons of free channels. Will be purchasing another one at some point in the future. The prices are not bad either.

WiFi drops!!!!

Tv constantly disconnects from WiFi and is the only device to do so so I know it’s not the service. This is apparently a known issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate your feedback on the Samsung DU7200 TV. I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your Wi-Fi disconnecting from the TV.

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. I recommend enabling auto-updates to ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.

Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.
