NO Great FEATURES

OMG: This TV is terrible in trying to hook-up an external speaker system. If I would have known it was this difficult, I would never have even thought of purchasing this TV. Furthermore, you can NOT upgrade to a normal using remote with this TV.

Too few ports

I didn’t realize this unit only had 3 hdmi ports and no optical port for a soundbar. It falls short of our needs.

The DU72000F TV offers 3 HDMI ports and is Bluetooth and Wi-Fi capable, allowing a seamless connection across multiple devices at a time. If your external device requires an Optical port, we recommend utilizing an HDMI to Optical Converter. These can be found at your local electronics store. Please also keep in mind that an Optical port can be found on our DU8000F Series and above.

Where is the jack for the optical cable?

Just bought the 65" DU7200 yesterday. So far, I don't love the picture and I haven't been able to adjust it using the settings. I downloaded the 254 pg user manual and there is not a single picture of the back of the TV. Specifically. I'm looking for the jack to plug in an optical cable for external speakers and I can't find it. How can they publish a 254 pg manual without a picture of the back of the TV or a drawing. I hope it gets better but at this point I feel like I wasted my money.

I'm sorry for any confusion regarding the specs available on the DU7200 TV. Your TV offers 3 HDMI ports and is Bluetooth and Wi-fi capable. If your sound system requires an optical out port, you can utilize an HDMI to Optical Converter, which is available at most electronic stores!

I purchased a Chrystal UHD DU7200 75” TV. I like it, but, I constantly see messages appear on the top right of the screen informing me about the viewing policy. Maybe it doesn’t like us viewing MSNBC news. Is someone “spying” on us?

I hate this tv.

I bought this tv. I want to use 1) my Roku only, not the Roku app on the tv, and 2) my Sonos systems. Seems like I can’t do either. I just bought it, hooked it up, and I hate it so much.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please know you can connect your Roku device via HDMI or USB. From there your TV should automatically register that the Roku system is connected. Otherwise you can go to Home> Source> and select the HDMI port or USB that your Roku device is connected to launch the system.
