I keep televisions until they die. I purchased this Samsung 43" Class Crystal TV to replace a television that had failed. This new 43" Samsung was easy to set up and has functioned as expected from the moment I put into service. If lasts for a reasonable amount of time, I would change my rating to 5 stars.

Great EVERYTHING TV like all Samsung TVs we had

The DU7200B Model has been the same as every Samsung TV we have ever purchased. Absolutely not one issue and knocking on wood with this recently bought 55". No disrespect but remember back as a kid say in the 1970's your TVs were inexpensive, but crap. Loyal customers and Panasonics did well for us. Their quality went down and so did the manufacturing of them.
Saw good reviews on Samsung starting I believe in the !990's so bought our first Samsung TV. They are the ONLY Tv we have bought ever since. Forget about advertised cheap price deals on any other TV maker. We
don't even pay attention to them. We research the best reliable/value Samsung TV we can find and that's the one we buy. Keep up the great work and thank you!

Good tv, slow response time

The tv is great. But what I do not like about it is the slow reaction time to any apps, and the remote is awful. Tv barely picks up the button pushed on remote multiple times.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We appreciate your feedback regarding remote performance. If your DU7200 TV is responding slowly or inconsistently to the remote, try the following steps:

1. Re-pair the remote – Stand within 1 foot of your TV and press Return and Play/Pause simultaneously for at least 5 seconds. A message should appear confirming it's connected.
2. Check the battery level – Go to: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Remote Control
3. Ensure proper charging – SolarCell Remotes can charge using:
o Room light or direct sunlight (solar panel should face light source)
o USB-C cable (preferably Samsung-branded)
4. Update your TV’s firmware – Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
5. Run Device Care to clear memory and close background apps that may slow performance: Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

If these steps don’t resolve the issue, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM – 12AM EST, 7 days a week. LiveChat is also available through the ‘Support’ link on our website.

The tv has had the speakers and picture screen replaced. I have a 3rd repair scheduled for the ongoing problems.
