Not worth the money

This TV is not great. I purchased it in January of this year and so far, I’ve had multiple problems with the sound going in and out and had to call Samsung support to assist. Furthermore, the TV will randomly disconnect to the cable and I have to unplug the cable box and reconnect the cable to the TV. The picture quality isn’t as good as the one we had before, which was also a Samsung. I live this brand but this TV has been a disappointment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

For optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your DU8000 TV. You can check this by going to Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

TV Goes to Sleep after 5 hours

Only thing i Do Not like about my new tv is that after 5 hours it automatically goes to sleep. There is no option to turn this feature Off! I do not like this but every other thing I do like about the tv

Very nice tv. It has great color and being sight impaired, the 85 inch screen makes it a plus for me. The quality and price didn’t break the bank either. Owned Samsung’s in the past and still enjoy the quality.

Great features, would like some more sound options

Our television is great, it’s our first internet access tv we’ve ever had. We bought this tv because we couldn’t download movies except thru dish. We are still learning how to do things and move around thru paramount, etc. we are in our 70s, so it takes a little time to figure it all out. One thing we wish we could improve on is the volume. At 100, max sound level we still have difficulty hearing the older shows/movies we love. The newer ones will sometimes be too loud at that full capacity. We bought a new soundbar. They were out of the Samsung bar so we bought an upgrade from our ONN soundbar. Had to disconnect the bass box as it seemed to distort the sound more. My hearing is very good, but my husbands is a little less than normal. Would love to hear if there are suggestions to help our sound.

It’s unfortunate to hear you’re not fully satisfied with your DU7200 TV’s image quality. Below are a few settings that I recommend adjusting:
Go to Home > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments. 2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. 3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. 4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. 5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also go to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image.

what can i say i got one 43" and one 65" samsung and love them both
