Hi Grav,
It’s unfortunate to hear you’re not fully satisfied with your DU7200 TV’s image quality. Below are a few settings that I recommend adjusting:
Go to Home > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments. 2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. 3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. 4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. 5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also go to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image.

The picture is great but the internal sound product is not the best. We have four Samsung TV’s and really enjoy the picture quality. The remote control could be better.

Beautiful picture. Great for the tech savvy. If you are getting this for you 89-year-old mother-in-law, don't do the set up. Simply plug it in and use the cable provider's remote. The multiple options at setup are great for those who want a super customized experience. I wish they would allow options for a central foot rather than the wide spread legs.

No games just a couple of tv's a tablet and desk top and very good wifi, have my 50in Crystal under a year and now takes forever to load streaming. Unplug restart router etc still sucks. Right now can only load Pluto. My 32in Vizio right now works great

You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

Cant wait for the 86 inch model Wow picture would be stupendous if I knew what that meant. I can see my tv again, My other TV broke, A lot of colors for color lovers. What will tomorrow bring. If only I could give it a big hug. My arms are to short.
