THIS IS A SUPER TV, GREAT COLOR, SOUND. PREVIOUSLY OWNED A SAMSUNG 65 INCH, BUT THE CHILDREN THOUGHT WE NEEDED A BIGGER ONE. FEELS LIKE YOUR AT THE MOVIES.

Sound Issue

Not a glowing review - love the clarity of the picture; however, the sound goes out on occasion.

We appreciate you sharing details of the sound issue you’re experiencing on your DU7200 TV. There are a few troubleshooting steps I recommend trying:
1) Please check the volume control of your TV, and then check the volume control of any external devices (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between any external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again. 2) Set Sound Output to the TV Speaker by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Output. 3) Check whether Digital Output Audio Format is set to Pass-Through by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > Auto.

The picture and colors are outstanding

Have always used another brand of TV but decided to go with Samsung after seeing my girlfriends Samsung TV and haven't regretted it for a minute. The colors, picture and options are outstanding. Highly recommended.

A vibrant and full of life TV

The learning curve was painless and the TV was very easy to setup, for both OTA channels and internet. The picture quality is excellent, very vibrant and full of life and the sound from the TV speakers was amazing for a TV. I'd recommend this TV to anyone looking for a quality and reliable product. You can't go wrong with Samsung, they knocked it out of the park again!
