I love this tv. Just plug it in and connect to wi fi. Picture is very clear. I like to watch movies at night and bought a set of headphones, the sound is incredible. I may buy another for the living room. Yes you can cut the cable cord, you won’t miss a thing.

Very good TV for the price. Color is good, lots of ports for all my needs, and fits very nicely in my apartment.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the 2nd Samsung TV I've bought in a year, because everything else I have, Phone, watch, earbuds are Samsung. I've had it 2 weeks and it's doing the same random shutting off and freezing up and resetting as the first one.

Hi RLew42,
Thank you for reaching out to us. Please try the below troubleshooting steps to resolve the issues you are experiencing with your TV:
1. Unplug the TV from the wall outlet or surge protector and leave it unplugged for 30 seconds. 2. Check the power cord to see if there is any visible damage. 3. Plug the TV power cord back into the wall outlet. If you were using a surge protector, bypass it for now and use a wall outlet. 4. Try to update the software. In some cases, a software update can correct the problem. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes, depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software. 5. Disable the Power On with Mobile option. TVs that can connect to SmartThings can be turned on using compatible devices, sometimes automatically. However, if abnormal "power on" signals are sent through the wireless network, they will trigger this function and make the TV turn on. If you do not want this function, navigate to Settings > All Settings> General > Network > Expert Settings > Power On with Mobile, and turn the setting off.
If the TV continues to turn on by itself continuously, please contact our Samsung Customer Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. Our LiveChat agents are also available by clicking on the ‘Support’ link on our website.

It’s OK. Maybe ahead of my cable system

It’s fairly intuitive to use but doesn’t interact well with my Dish Network. Meaning I cannot use the Dish remote for universal remote when I watching this.
I also can’t determine how to add other streaming derives to the menu.

When I first purchased this TV I thought it may be the go size that I want, but is it as good? OH YES YES it has such a crisp clean picture 4k no problem oh yes, probably one of the best televisions I've ever owned! 👍
As for the sound of the TV it is as you would expect. But I do plan on a sound bar. But you really don't have to... Hope this helps. DSKYLINE

Great little tv. Wasn’t originally a fan of the new operating system, but I have overcome the knowledge curve and it works just fine
Picture is great and the size fits my small man cave and storm refuge perfectly.
Hopefully I can obtain a bit of an upgrade to my main 55 inch to 65-75 inch soon. But the old fixed income excuse will save me for now! I’m sure I’m not going to win one anytime soon!
