Television turns on to standby mode after I shut it off. I've set all preferences as directed and still get same results.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I recommend resetting your TV by going to Home-> Menu-> Settings-> All Settings-> General & Privacy-> Reset.
You also may want to check any connected devices. If they are connected and not providing a signal to your TV, this may cause the standby mode to turn on.

Super simply to use. It's so effortless. I love all of the features. I'm summarizing with that because there are just that many... This TV not only makes it capable to scroll channels with ease, the voice search is the best. !! The crystal clear uhd is by far top notch and is definitely aimed to please.

While the picture is very good. The fact that we can't access any channels through the TV itself, I have followed the instructions to a T. It will not work. It doesn't need to be as hard as it is to setup. But we have to go through a fire stick in order to watch anything. But the picture is very good
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent buy for a good price and the picture view is great. Ready to buy another one to replace the smaller Samsung in the living room. Great buy good picture and volume so clear and loud. I recommend this size and brand of TV.

I love my Samsung TV. It is easy to navigate, and I have a lot of streaming options, including PBS. If I need to go to settings, it's easy to find what I need to check. The picture is sharp and clear.
