Currently going through my second warranty claim. This is my second Samsung TV and second warranty claim in 8 years. The last warranty claim took about 45 days to resolve. This claim seems to be headed towards a lengthy resolution as well. No more Samsung TVs for me. I’m done.

My favorite TV purchase ever!

Great Television for the price to size ratio. Picture quality is great as it is with all modern Samsung models. I use mine mostly as a gaming PC monitor and I couldn't be happier with how it looks running my most gorgeous and graphically stunning games. The software is easy and intuitive to use with the included remote, and I love using my Xbox controller and the Xbox App to play games without a console. Just finished playing the Oblivion remaster and Doom the dark ages before this review and had so much fun! Sound is almost "God tier" for just TV set speakers, after speaker break in period. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is it doesn't have optical audio port, and for some reason it doesn't work with my WAYY older Samsung 5.1 surround sound set system. Guess I'll get a new 5.1 system then LOL.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for sharing your experience with your DU7200 TV. Learn TV Remote is a feature designed to help users become familiar with the layout and function of each button on the Samsung remote. When enabled, pressing any button (except the Power button, which will still turn off the TV) will prompt the TV to announce the button’s name and its purpose – without affecting TV operation.

This teaching mode is especially useful for users who are visually impaired or new to Samsung remotes. To enable this feature, go to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Learn TV Remote. To exit, simply press the Return key twice.

This TV is fair. Little more complicated to use than other smart TV’s. Picture is decent. Sound quality good. It does not have voice command.
