Very good picture. Excellent product for the price. It was a little complicated at first, but after passing the learning curve it became better to program. Also using the app helps a lot.

Hard to use. Tuner looses air channels immediately after setting them. Remote lacks buttons and hard to use. Nice picture and sound however. Tv lacks inputs and outputs.

Please ensure that your TV is in Home Mode by going to Settings> All Settings >General & Privacy System> Manager Usage Mode> Home Mode.

Worst TV I’ve had since the year 1999

This tv processor is terrible. I bought this after my curved Samsung from almost 10 years ago died. The 10 year old processor had no problem playing downloaded movies, reading different languages… this tv sucks. Won’t even let me change brightness without being in an App… I have hated ever minute of having this tv and can’t wait to throw it in the trash for a new one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate your feedback on the response time, and for optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your DU7200 TV. You can check this by going to Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

To change the brightness of your TV from your remote control, press the HOME button on your remote and navigate to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings.
