Worst TV I’ve had since the year 1999

This tv processor is terrible. I bought this after my curved Samsung from almost 10 years ago died. The 10 year old processor had no problem playing downloaded movies, reading different languages… this tv sucks. Won’t even let me change brightness without being in an App… I have hated ever minute of having this tv and can’t wait to throw it in the trash for a new one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate your feedback on the response time, and for optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your DU7200 TV. You can check this by going to Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

To change the brightness of your TV from your remote control, press the HOME button on your remote and navigate to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings.

My son surprised me with your tv for my birthday. My first HD TV. I am 74 years and kid and very wary of new technology but after he set it up and showed me the ropes I was amazed at how easy it was to use.,If I got stuck all I had to do was go to the Hone icon and make my way back to familiar territory. The picture is beautiful and I’m so pleased with the tv.

horrible navigation

i hate this tv. i had a roku before and the apps were all i. o e area. we can't find our apps most of the time and we have all this stuff on the main page we can't get rid off. i wish i would have returned it immediately

Great picture quality

This is my second Samsung TV. I have a 60” in the living room and now I have a 43” in the bedroom. The picture quality on both tv’s is excellent. The 43” is newer and has a better picture quality.
I would recommend this to a friend!
