Great, with some issues

I have a few issues, the controller is a poor design. Wife can't use it with her fingernails, it doesn't feel robust. Also it isn't backward Compatible with older Bose sound system. The system configuration is not intuitive and complex.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The last three TVs I have purchased have been Samsung. Without a doubt, they have the best picture quality. They are easy to operate in, especially like Samsung plus TV

Our 43" Class Crystal UHD DU7200 was very simple to set up out of the box. The picture and sound is great and the features on the remote are very easy to operate. This is the 4th Samsung TV purchase in our household. Very reliable brand to own and operate!

The picture is good. However, the remote has much to be desired. I know that it is standard these days to be so small, but I wish I could understand why it can't rewind to a previous scene. I also have a problem getting the closed captioning to work. I'm too old, I guess, to understand how it works. I do like the Samsung Plus feature.
