I bought this tv for our bedroom. I have the 65” in the living room and we love it. The picture is great and the free Samsung TV Plus is such a great bonus. We can always just put something on from Samsung TV Plus and when we want to go to the bedroom we can continue watching there.

Excellent TV for the price! The picture is crisp and clean, and it works great with my streaming apps! The only problem I have had is installing my Roku stick, but I think it's just me, because the instructions from Roku are not very clear and differ from what they provided and their online instructions. Other than that it works perfectly and I would recommend this to my friends and family!

I have a issue with the "smart" control. Hasn't the quick memory like I use to have with the 5 year old 55 curved Samsung. I'm to lazy to fine tune the logic but the picture is real.

Terrible sound!!!

I bought this 75 inch tv about 4 weeks ago and replaced my old Hisense 65 inch tv. The picture quality is somewhat better than what I had, but the sound quality is terrible compared to my cheap Hisense. I already had a sound bar and woofer. The sound out of the TV is not very loud, but that fluctuates also and then if you turn on the sound bar, the sound does not match what is coming out of the actors mouth!! If I can get some help from Samsung, I would appreciate that. Thank you!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Tv sounds terrible:
Thank you for sharing your experience with the sound quality. There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience.
1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume. 2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound. 3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode.
Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.
