I have a issue with the "smart" control. Hasn't the quick memory like I use to have with the 5 year old 55 curved Samsung. I'm to lazy to fine tune the logic but the picture is real.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible sound!!!

I bought this 75 inch tv about 4 weeks ago and replaced my old Hisense 65 inch tv. The picture quality is somewhat better than what I had, but the sound quality is terrible compared to my cheap Hisense. I already had a sound bar and woofer. The sound out of the TV is not very loud, but that fluctuates also and then if you turn on the sound bar, the sound does not match what is coming out of the actors mouth!! If I can get some help from Samsung, I would appreciate that. Thank you!!

Tv sounds terrible:

Thank you for sharing your experience with the sound quality. There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience.

1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume.
2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.
3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode.

Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.

I bought this tv in October 2024. I have had the techs out 2x. Still have the same problem and a new problem volume goes up and down now! I should have stayed with Sony!

i’ve had my samsung tv for nine months and i am disappointed. a lot of missing apps like mgm+ and
nfl redzone or any nfl apps. also navigation with the tv sucks. when i am settings apparently there is movement in the back ground playing other apps. i wont be buying another samsung tv.

I am so pleased with my new 65” television! Being able to stream sporting events has really been wonderful. The color and sharpness of the picture far exceeds my old set! I couldn’t ask for a better choice!

Control functions difficult

Very hard to understand and use the functions. Hard to find functions. Control does not work unless pointed directly at right corner of tv. Volume continues to shut off need to change channels to get sound to work. Controls are not user friendly requires gaming experience. Still cannot get my phone to connect I have an I phone. Even plugging in my I phone to an Ethernet port tv will not recognize it. Would never purchase this product again way too difficult to understand and not user friendly.

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.

Next, regarding issues with your sound, we recommend checking the Auto Volume function, which automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On.

You may also want to perform a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test.

To connect your iPhone via Apple Airplay:

1. Go to Settings > Connection > Network Settings.
2. Make sure that Wi-Fi is turned on, and then connect to your home network.
3. Ensure that your iPhone is operating on the same network that the TV is on.

If that does not fix the issue, you may need to reset your TV's Smart Hub:
1. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis.
2. Select Reset Smart Hub.

Please also ensure your iPhone has the latest Software Updates.

Finally, to learn how to use your Samsung remote and understand the settings on your TV, please use your remote to access the remote guide. Go to Home> (left directional button) Settings> Support> Remote Control Guide.
