We bought it for our Rv great picture and sound was ok we hooked a Samsung sound bar up to it and now it sounds really good we love the Samsung Tv feature very easy to hook up to wifi or our hot spot

Awful remote

The remote is totally useless. Without a manual, I have no idea what the buttons are for. Because I've had multiple samdung this i have remotes from older versions that work perfectly. I put the remote to this tv in the drawer.

Keeps cutting out and rebooting often. Began day 1

Very dissatisfied with the Samsung TV. Has not worked since day one. Gave it months in hopes it would work correctly. Continue to have a major problem and is very frustrating. Keeps rebooting and says It’s powered tizon.

Not the usual great TV I come to accept samsung

I have had nothing but Samsung TV sets and other products and would never buy any other company! This TV is okay. Not as crisp looking as others I have bought and sound from TV is kind of low! Thank you keep up making great products.

We appreciate you sharing your experience with the DU7200 TV. Your feedback regarding image quality is essential to us and will be shared with our internal teams. If the image you’re seeing isn’t to your liking, there are several picture settings you may want to adjust.
Go to Home > left direction button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage: 1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments 2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments 3. Eco: Provided to save energy 4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room 5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings).
Also, there are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience.
1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume.
2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.
3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode.
Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.

Great TV for the price

Beautiful picture if you have a 4k source. I saw this Samsung DU7200 4K 43" TV in the store, and I was blown away by the picture and sound. After I got home and hooked the TV to a 1080p source I was extremely disappointed in the picture quality. I knew I didn't have a 4K cable box, 1080p only, but I thought this TV had upscaling. Which it does to an extent, but it is nothing compared to the native 4K which stores use to make their TV's have such a beautiful display. But that isn't the TV's fault, that is mine for not doing enough research. I'm ordering a 4k Utra HD hdmi cable. And a 4k TV source so I can get the best picture possible. Just know this if you plan on buying this TV, otherwise no complaints it is a great TV.

Hearing aid users do not buy

Does not connect to Resound hearing aids using Bluetooth. Does not have audio out connections for streamer.

Your TV offers 3 HDMI ports and is Bluetooth and Wi-fi capable. If your sound system requires an optical out port, you can utilize an HDMI to Optical Converter, which is available at most electronic stores!
