Slow remote

But the only complaint I have is the remote it’s very slow and

Best Purchase For Ourselves

We purchased this for the holidays for us. Our other tv worked,but it was 14 years old and only 43", so we wanted to get one bigger, and knew a Samsung was going to be that one. It has excellent picture, sound, and was very easy to set up. It's features are also easy to use. Anyone can use them without worry. I would recommend this to you, you won't be sorry.

Purchased an 85 inch and not to happy with picture quality . I’ve always had Samsung TV’s and always have been extremely satisfied just not with this newer brand

It’s unfortunate to hear you’re not fully satisfied with your DU7200 TV’s image quality. Below are a few settings that I recommend adjusting:
Go to Home > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also go to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image.

For dollar to dollar

I bought this tv a short time ago and it has exceeded my expectations. Everything was easy to set up, downloading apps is a cinch and the sound is good quality. I've been amazed on how clear the picture is, all the details can be seen easier, seen things in movies that I watched before and never noticed them until now. For dollar to dollar it's a great purchase. The only thing I purchased for the tv is straps to keep it falling forward, even though the television stability is good I just took extra precautions because of pets. I give this television two thumbs up..The remote is easily maneuvered. Highly recommend the tv.

Stunning Picture, Smooth Performance – Worth Every Penny!
I recently picked up the Samsung 65" Crystal UHD DU7200B, and I have to say — I’m thoroughly impressed. The picture quality is absolutely gorgeous! The colors are vibrant, the contrast is rich, and everything looks crisp and detailed, even when watching older content.
Setup was quick and easy, and Samsung’s interface is smooth, intuitive, and packed with all the major streaming apps right out of the box. I’ve had no issues with buffering or lag, and the remote is super user-friendly.
The 65-inch size is perfect for my living room — big enough to create that home theater vibe without overwhelming the space. The sound quality is solid too, but it really shines when paired with a soundbar.
Whether I’m watching movies, sports, or gaming, this TV handles it all beautifully. If you're looking for a premium 4K experience without breaking the bank, I highly recommend the DU7200B. Samsung nailed it with this one.

Love my Samsung!

This is my third version of this TV. We liked it so much that we also bought one for the in-laws. Set up was a breeze and walked me through everything. The new remote threw me off for a minute, but it's easy to use.
