I enjoy the crystal clear, brilliant colors and I had a soundbar with my previous TV. That works wonderful with this one. So the sound is still wonderful

I like everything about our new Samsung UHD DU7200 smart TV except for the fact that the remote has no input for voice command even though voice command shows as an option on the TV screen. Is there no upgraded remote which would have voice command available?

Sluggish

Doesn't work as well as my previous 75in Samsung. Changing channels is a little sluggish. I prefer the old remote with more buttons, harder to change channels.

Thank you for your feedback. For optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your DU7200 TV. You can check this by going to Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

Excellent picture, but...

I have 3 Samsung TVs and the pictures are excellent. Unfortunately, during a 1 week time frame, all 3 experienced issues with connectivity to the Smart Hub. Keep getting the message "Server under maintenance". All 3 are still not working so I can't connect to the Smart Hub and can't connect to FUBO. Have to just use the apps that are already installed or hook up a Roku. Also own LG, Sony, and Vizio and all work just fine. Frustrating to say the least.

Thank you for your feedback. Please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your TV. You can check this by going to Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
Next, try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

I bought this 85 inch bundle of joy a few months ago for the Super Bowl and it was the best investment ever ever made. Also, the apps that come with it are fantastic! Love it!

I purchased my Samsung 55” a couple of months ago and have been very happy with it since. There are a bunch of free channels pre set on the tv which is nice.

Too complicated for elderly . Can’t figure out to add apps , volume or changing channels and can’t seem to find help at the store where was bought
