I purchased a Crystal UHD DU7002B 55 inch. Hate all the tiles and is not user friendly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A Samsung TV, my only choice!

My previous Samsung TV stopped working just before Christmas. It was a used TV that I received as a gift. Another Samsung TV was my only choice. I am enjoying my new Samsung and all the features that come with it.

No volume!!!

I bought this tv because I had a Samsung previously that I loved … your new models are no so desirable… I have to purchase a sound bar in order to hear the TV !!! Why don’t you just charge more and give us some volume!!!
You went from exceptional to mediocre ☹️
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
