I've always loved Samsung products

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always loved Samsung products, and this tv is no exception. I got a Crystal U7200 not that long ago and I love it. The Samsung TV channels are a neat bonus and I've enjoyed watching the shows and having music videos on for background noise. And it's super easy to connect to my Samsung phone. Watching sporting events on it is a game changer. I can see every blade of grass and follow the puck with ease. The gaming graphics are next level. All in all I am exceedingly happy with my TV and highly recommend it.

Installation was greatly lacking

Way too complicated to use. Requires switching back and forth between tv and cable remotes. Controlling the sound is almost impossible (I have a sound bar and must control it manually). The installation crew Wes not at all helpful and no user guide was given. I want my old tv back! The picture is great but it is a pain to use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great tv, awful UI

We've had our 65" tv for a couple of months now. Overall it is a good tv. The picture quality is great. Sound is great. I have zero complaints on the technical side of things. We love it. But the user interface is god awful. That's why I put 3 stars. It's hard to navigate, you're unable to personalize it, there is no app store.(seriously I can't find Max on there?) Gaming automatically takes you to the gaming page. No I don't want to play my tvs games. I want my xbox to show up. There's not a way to change this in settings besides having it revert to last app or usage when you start it. I hate to give it a bad review, because honestly the quality for the price is great. But Jesus christ the user interface makes me want to eat my foot. On the plus side, the mobile remote is nice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for your purchase and feedback. I have a few tips to help you customize your Home Screen.
Please know that you can customize your Home screen by installing, removing or adding your favorite apps to the Home screen. Here's how:
Downloading Apps 1. From the Home screen, navigate to Apps and then select the desired app. 2. You can also select Search on the left side of the screen to search for a specific app if you can’t find the app you want. Enter the name of the app you’d like to search for, then select it when it appears. 3. Select Install. When the installation is complete, the Open menu appears. 4. Select Open to run the app immediately.
Note: Previously installed apps can be accessed by selecting Apps on the Home screen.
Adding & Managing Apps on Home Screen 1. Select Apps on the Home screen, and then select App Settings at the bottom of the screen. Select an app to use the following options: 1. Add to Home: Move the app to your desired location on the Home screen. 2. Lock: Lock the app with a PIN so only you can use it. When the app is selected again, you will be prompted to enter the PIN to unlock it. 3. Move: Move the app to another location (i.e. Your Home screen) 4. Reinstall: Reinstall the app. 5. View Details: View the app’s information and details.

I've had this TV for about a month now. To be honest my last TV Sony Bavaria had a better picture. One thing I like on this TV is the blue tooth feature.

We appreciate you sharing your experience with the DU7200 TV. Your feedback regarding image quality is essential to us and will be shared with our internal teams. If the image you’re seeing isn’t to your liking, there are several picture settings you may want to adjust.
Go to Home > left direction button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage: 1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments 2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments 3. Eco: Provided to save energy 4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room 5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings).

TV works fine, however, the plug in the back of the TV falls out and we have to keep pushing it back in
