Marginal at best

The Pluto app doesn't work and the remote is extremely difficult to use. The picture quality is very good but I've seen suggestions that there is an optical audio port but haven't found one. I bought it so I'm stuck with it

Samsung remote design team/ Quality issue

Hi Samsung remote design team/ Quality Testing team, However, this TV remote is not good, as the battery cover is coming off frequently. If you don't fix this and pass this feedback to your remote designing team, I will rethink buying a Samsung TV.Usually, I rate every product 5* unless it irritates me; my rating by default is 5*. The TV is okay, not the best.

Good and bad

Thr picture is really good. I continue to have an issue with the sound. If I change the channel too quikly the sound starts screeching and the only way to stop it is to turn he TV off for several minutes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

BAD EXPERIENCE! NOT HAPPY!

My screen became black for few minutes, on and off, only few months old, disgusting and disgraceful, after paying for removal of the old one and paying for instalation of the new one, NOT HAPPY!!!!

2. External Device Issue – The problem may lie with the device connected to your TV (e.g., cable box, game console). Be sure the device is powered on and using compatible video output settings.

Avoid at all cost

it is impossible to keep this TV online for more than 30 minutes. I have tried wired and wireless connections and everything on the Samsung help and even chatgpt. Don't buy this tv it is a nightmare.

Thank you for sharing your experience with Wi-Fi connectivity on your DU7200 TV. You might want to go through these steps to check your network connection:

1. Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft.
2. Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (Wi-Fi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.)
3. Unplug both your TV and router. Remove both power cables, wait at least 30 seconds and plug them both back in.
4. Check the connection between your router and TV. Please review the points below:
• Is your router connected to the TV using an ethernet cable? If not, we strongly recommend using an ethernet cable connection on your TV. This will ensure your TV maintains a consistent connection to the internet.
• If you’re already connected using an ethernet cable, make sure that the ethernet cable is working and is not damaged. You can test the cable by connecting it to other devices, such as a laptop, to make sure that your ethernet cable is not damaged.
• If connecting to your TV using an ethernet cable is not possible, please move your router as close to the TV as possible. There should not be any obstructions between your TV and router, such as walls, other electronic devices, etc.
5. Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test
6. If you’re still experiencing issues, a factory reset may be needed. Keep in mind that this will restore all TV settings to factory defaults. Go to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Reset.

Beware of the remote

Excellent picture and sound but very poor remote Picture is crystal clear, initial set up was remarkably easy and navigation on-screen is great. All these deserve kudos, As for the remote, this ranks as the worst remote I have ever had, and I have had many over my lifetime. The remote has to be aligned perfectly to the exact right spot on the TV to operate. For example, if I'm lying on the couch and just pick up the remote and just aim it at the TV and then push buttons, it will not operate, I need to sit up and align it at some prescribed perfect angle to have even a remote chance (pun intended) of changing channels or volume. To have a remote like this is inexcusable in today's technological world. I will pay more attention to the remote's capability and ease of operation when purchasing my next TV.

Great picture in size and quality. Navigating through the various apps and program can be a problem because the remote provided has no numerals on it. If you want to go from channel 4 to channel 44 or 4400 you have to just scroll instead of putting station # in you have to scroll through all the other channels in between. Frustration and disappointment in changing stations in direct fashion has created a sour taste for all that is good on this TV

I love the picture quality and clarity! I have been a Samsung customer for many years now. I do wish the remote had voice option like my Roku remote. I would like to know how to get one.
