There is a glitch on the one side of my tv and I have done the updates check all the wires as well . But I love the picture of you can help me get rid of this glitch the tv will be perfect .

We appreciate your feedback regarding the screen abnormalities you’re seeing on your DU7200 TV. Please run a Picture Test to determine if the problem is caused by the TV. Picture Test displays a high-definition picture you can examine for flaws or faults. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test.

If this occurs on all sources and the picture test, this may require service. Crystal clear picture quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mostly use my TV for watching movies or shows on Netflix, prime, or Samsung live TV. I also use it to watch bass fishing videos on YouTube and the picture quality is great. The clear, detailed graphics make my fishing videos come to life. It makes a big difference in videos like how to tie a fishing knot because you get a more crisp, detailed display. Its a very noticeable difference watching this tv compared to my other brand tv.

Great TV / Remote Sucks

i purchased this TV along with 3 other Samsung TV's in the past two months after moving into a new house (this 75", a 43", a 65" and an 85"). Overall picture quality is great, much better than some other brands I own. I would rate this TV higher but the for the remote control. In short, it sucks and not very responsive and often requires pressing a but over and over. Why not put numbers on it to make it easier to navigate channels on apps such as Samsung Plus or Directv. Would it kill you to actually put a fast forward and rewind but right on the remote? It also feels very cheap. With a name like Samsung, I would expect more.

We have trouble with the sound sometimes when we turn it on there is no sound and we have to unplug tv and somehow it resets.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate you sharing details of the sound issue you’re experiencing on your DU7200 TV. There are a few troubleshooting steps I recommend trying:

1) Please check the volume control of your TV, and then check the volume control of any external devices (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between any external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.

2) Set Sound Output to the TV Speaker by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Output.

3) Check whether Digital Output Audio Format is set to Pass-Through by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > Auto.
