Hi Sarah,
Thank you for sharing your experience with low volume. There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience.
1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume.
2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.
3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode.
Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.

Great picture, lousy remote control.

I bought this to replace a Firestick tv. Although the picture is beautiful, I hate the remote control. There is no microphone to help you find channels.

Obsolete Remote

Love the TV, hate the remote. It doesn’t come with a speak and say feature so we ended up hooking our Firestick back into the TV just for that. The remote instructions shows that button on it but they must have wanted to get rid of the obsolete ones and threw that in the box instead. The picture is great and set up was easy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Smart TV is the way to go

I bought this smart TV so I could ditch the over priced access to the legacy media. I love that all you have to do is plug it in and watch.

OK for younger generation

We've had since Dec 2024. The picture is great, but missed our normal channels. Called support to help us get hooked back up to our Spectrum XUMO box with no luck. Spectrum tech came out and fixed it. We are 65 and 67. The shows on the smart tv weren't for us. We couldn't find TN ballgames, etc

Great picture.

I bought this several months ago. I've had no issues with it. I was accustomed to my other Samsung and the screen that comes up when you turn it on. This one seems a little busy and not as user friendly. It may be because I'm older and just set in my ways. The TV has worked perfectly.
