OK for younger generation

We've had since Dec 2024. The picture is great, but missed our normal channels. Called support to help us get hooked back up to our Spectrum XUMO box with no luck. Spectrum tech came out and fixed it. We are 65 and 67. The shows on the smart tv weren't for us. We couldn't find TN ballgames, etc

Great picture.

I bought this several months ago. I've had no issues with it. I was accustomed to my other Samsung and the screen that comes up when you turn it on. This one seems a little busy and not as user friendly. It may be because I'm older and just set in my ways. The TV has worked perfectly.

I love my 65" Class Crystal UHD DU7200 TV, the picture quality and performance for the price is more than I ever expected. Samsung has many products other than TVs that are excellent quality. I also own a dishwasher, Refrigerator and washing machine that I am very happy with.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Chose a different tv

The picture is ok, but I can’t get anything to change with the volume. I have to have it on 40-50 some days to even hear it fully. My other tv I have had for 4 years, the bolime is too loud at 13/14. I have messes with the new tv and nothing changes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Blondie,

Thank you for sharing your experience with low volume. There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience.

1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume.

2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.

3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode.

Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.

Very clear picture

This a very nice tv. I wanted a larger one and the price was great. The picture is truly crystal clear! The only downside is not with the tv, but the controller--the sound will not increase nor decrease. I have not yet called Samsung regarding this. So that is on me.
