This is my 4th Samsung TV. I am very pleased with everything except the volume. The sound only goes so high and then it doesn't increase in volume after about # 35
I would recommend this to a friend!

Picture quality is exceptional. LOTS of included apps/programming. Instructions are a little vague. There's probably a lot of features we do not even know about... We're old school and not familiar with all the new tech.

Great TV. We have had it for a number of years and the picture is great and the sound is great. The only issue we have had is you do have to periodically run the diagnostics and clear the cache. We only use apps though.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We are glad that you reached out to us regarding the display issues you are seeing on your Samsung DU7200 TV. I have a few recommendations that may resolve the grey line you are seeing.

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.

Next, run a diagnostic test. Go to Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test. If there are no issues during the Picture Test, this means your TV is working fine. To identify and fix the issue, first, try replacing the cable of the external device that is showing lines.
- If the shadows still appear after replacing the cable, troubleshoot the external device.
- If lines appear during the Picture Test, proceed to the next step.

If issues appear during your test, the TV will need service. Please reach out to us so we can schedule a warranty appointment. 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. Hard to use v remote!!! Sorry!!!

The TV picture is great. The remote and few directions for use is the worst. Even my internet tech had trouble working with to teach ne!!!
