The Best but with a glitch.

I love my new smart TV all the way around. The reason I am giving it a 3 star is because it shuts off randomly. It gets to be annoying. It does it automatically while watching our favorite show. Please, I would like to fix this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.

It’s unfortunate to hear your DU7200 TV is turning off by itself while you're streaming apps. Please try resetting your TV's Smart Hub, as this should resolve the power off issue.
Go to: Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub.

Wow! Excitement

I actually didn't have any idea this TV had so much. The viewing is sharp the color is immaculate. The sound is great. It even has a gaming thing. Which I think I will try. I am amazed. This TV is the greatest thing I ever bought in a long time. The delivery people were very professional. They mounted the TV perfectly exactly where I wanted it. All in all this was the best experience I ever had.

The tv is nice. It’s sleek and sharp. The remote is nice too. Easy to navigate the setup. The only issue is that the tv continues to switch from my Wi-Fi to a public Wi-Fi network. When I get home from work I always have to check what network the tv is on and generally 2 out of 5 days I have to switch it back to my Wi-Fi instead of the public one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The picture is fantastic, but sometimes I have to adjust it to Dynamic or Filmmakers mode. There is 1 thing that I have a major, personal problem with and that is the lack of numbers on the remote control. I live in S.E. Michigan and we can receive Canadian TV channels but not so with this TV as far as I can figure and it does indeed disappoint me because some/many Canadian shows are my favourite.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best tv I ever had. Best graphics for everything video games movies music and more. The TV is extremely smart also.
