Good TV at a good price.

I recently bought this TV at a good price. I'm very happy with the overall performance. It has a perfect picture, good sound and is easy to use. For this reason, now all my TVs are Samsung.
I would recommend this to a friend!

the tv is great and the service is even better. I'm giving it a 5 star because I truly enjoy the quality and features Samsung TVs provide but when my tv had a glitch the service provided and easy, accommodating and overall exceptional! I utilize my tv as an external screen to review detailed magnifications on my projects and I couldn't be anymore happier with the timely service repair! the follow up call was reassuring that my product well and working gained my lifelong loyalty to the brand. Keep it up great work guys!

I love Samsung TVs. We live in an area getting cable is very pricy. Samsung tv has Samsung tv plus, easy to access. Also they have clear pictures, great color, easy to to work. The big TVs are lovely. I only buy Samsungs.

I am very unhappy with this television. The reason is night scenes are hard to view.

Terrible Remote!

The Class Crystal UHD DU7200 is great, but the only thing I don't like is that the remote control is very modern, but I prefer the other one. Is very hard to understand.

I have 2 Samsung tv’s the remotes don’t work good on either one you can push on some of the numbers and nothing happens

Thank you for reaching out and letting us know about the issues you are experiencing with your remote. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
First, please remove the batteries from your remote, and then hold the Power button for eight seconds to reset the remote. Then, reinsert the batteries and try to use the remote again.
Next, Check if the remote is sending an IR signal. Take either a digital camera or use the camera on your phone or tablet. Point the remote at the camera, and then press and hold the Power button on the remote. As you hold the button down, look at the camera's screen. If the remote is sending an IR signal, you will see a colored light coming from the remote control.
If you do not see the IR light, replace the batteries with fresh ones and try again. If you still do not see the IR light, then replace the remote.
