A lot of features

I bought this tv in 8/2024 it was the 4th one. Other 3was damaged. A very good picture but sometimes the sound doesn’t work and I have to turn it on and off 3 or 4 times before it works except for that it’s a good product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my second Samsung DU7200 UHD CRYSTAL TV and we're very happy. They were very easy to set up. The picture is perfect, crystal clear from any angle too.

I hate it. It sucks. We bought it to replace our 10-year-old Pioneer. The Pioneer was still a lot better. Not impressed with the image. It keeps freezing up. I thought it was the program, but it happens on all of them. Too big to take back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good TV for the money

The Samsung 65" 4K Crystal UHD DU7200 offers a decent viewing experience for its price, making it a solid option for budget-conscious buyers. The picture quality is generally good, with vibrant colors thanks to Samsung's PurColor technology and sharp details from the 4K upscaling. Most users appreciate the clarity and overall picture quality for everyday viewing.
However, it's not without its drawbacks. The 60Hz refresh rate might not be ideal for fast-paced content like gaming or sports, potentially leading to some motion blur. The TV also lacks local dimming, which can impact contrast levels and the depth of blacks, especially in darker scenes. The 4k upscaling struggles a bit when the program is originally in 720p format, tv has lot of artifacts when trying to upscale. Brightness might also be an issue in well-lit rooms, and the viewing angles are somewhat limited.
The smart features, powered by Samsung's Tizen OS, are generally well-received and offer easy access to popular streaming apps.
