Too dark picture

It’s too dark for most movies. I’ve tried everything to brighten the picture and it doesn’t work. I would not buy it again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Terribly disappointed,
I’m sorry to hear you’re not fully satisfied with the DU7200 TV’s picture quality. If the image is too dim, try adjusting Picture Mode, Contrast, Brightness, or Sharpness settings.
Go to Home > Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > Brightness.
You can also try different Picture Modes to see which best fits your needs. Go to Home > Settings > All Settings> Picture > Picture Mode for the below choices: 1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments. 2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. 3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. 4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. 5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

I am very happy with this tv purchase! The quality of the video is amazing and the colors are phenomenal. The sound quality is very good as well. It is easy to navigate and control. It also works very well with my Xbox for gaming and has no lag. The only issue I have had with it is trying to connect to my Samsung refrigerator, but I am pretty sure that is an issue with the fridge and not the television. This television is phenomenal and my goal is to eventually replace every tv in my home with Samsung.

So for I love it.It certainly loads my apps faster than my Roku TV.Excellen picture and sound. I would certainly purchase another Samsung.

We love the TV. Bought it 2 months ago. Great picture. Very easy to setup. Replacement for an Roku that started to have issues after only 3 years.
