I love the size,and tv but doesn't hold HD quality at all times, goes in and out . Especially on live tv,and some times the programs are glitchy

Remote does not always work.

We bought this about 4 or 5 months ago. The picture and all is great, The remote is not so great. The original remote had to be replaced because it quit working. The new remote is almost as bad. We have to be very picky where we hold the remote because it works sometime and some time it does not.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Too dark picture

It’s too dark for most movies. I’ve tried everything to brighten the picture and it doesn’t work. I would not buy it again.

Hi Terribly disappointed,

I’m sorry to hear you’re not fully satisfied with the DU7200 TV’s picture quality. If the image is too dim, try adjusting Picture Mode, Contrast, Brightness, or Sharpness settings.

Go to Home > Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > Brightness.

You can also try different Picture Modes to see which best fits your needs. Go to Home > Settings > All Settings> Picture > Picture Mode for the below choices:
1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
