TV problem

This TV turns on by itself all the time. The volume is so loud ! I don’t know how to stop it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung DU7200 TV.
If your TV is announcing everything you do, then Voice Guide is turned on. Voice Guide is an accessibility function to assist users who are visually impaired. It is possible that you have turned it on by accident by holding down the volume button on your TV remote.
To turn off Voice Guide, navigate to Home > Settings > All Settings> General > Accessibility > Voice Guide Settings > Voice Guide.
I’m also sorry to hear you’re experiencing a power cycling issue where your TV turns on and off repeatedly.
Please try a few troubleshooting steps that may help solve the issue:
1) Check the power cable for damage and proper connection.
2) If the cable is bent, broken, kinked, pinched, pressed excessively (possibly by a heavy object on top of it), or damaged, this is likely the cause of the issue. Replace the cable.
3) Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
4) If the power cycling allows enough time between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes, depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software.
If the issue persists after these steps, then the TV will likely need service. Please contact us so that we can better investigate your issue and assist you with a solution or replacement.

Lack of connections.

The TV does not have all the connections my old TV does, so I can't use my VHS with it, among other things. If I had known this, I would NOT have bought it. All of these internet connections it offers are useless to me.

Overall tv looks nice. Have to turn off the enhanced smooth motion refresh rate gimmick for sure. Remote could use some work. Wish there was an input/device button.

I'm really happy with tv. The colors are bright and vibrant, it has a beautiful picture, and really clear. The perfect size for our bedroom. If your in the market for a tv with a clear picture, vibrant colors, easy set up, get you samsung tv.

This is one of the most crisp pictures I have seen, and on a television that I can afford to boot! The interface is easy to navigate and has cute little sounds as you scroll around. I put it into on a portable stand in my bedroom nicely paired with a Samsung sound bar.

Samsung is the very best

The television is excellent especially for the price. The first television that I ever purchased was a Samsung 32 inch. I thought it was great. It lasted for 12 years and then started to have problems. It took me awhile before I could purchase another television. But after much research. I once again chose the Samsung TV. Going from a 32" to a 55" has been wonderful. I even rewatched many Netflix shows just to enjoy them more on a bigger screen. However, I hoping not to wait another 12 years before buying the next television. Because I really want to get a Samsung OLED television. My Samsung phone and tablet are the very best as well. I guess you could say that I'm a Samsung only family of one 😁! Thanks Samsung for some really awesome products.

Worth the price paid for this tv

Fantastic TV. Picture is crystal clear. 4K is awesome. The user interface once set up is great.
The only thing is the initial set up is a bit time consuming. But is well worth it once you figure out all the features n this tv. Would highly recommend this TV. Thought the 85" monitor would be to big. It's not. Does need sound bar for watching movies. Other than just watching TV shows sound quality is ok.
