This TV has been great so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The U.I is very sleek and easy to navigate. The picture is great and so is the sound. Having just gotten it last night, I obviously can't tell a whole lot about it. But so far, it's very good. Much better than my other tv. I'm very excited to play my PS5 on it. I'm still moving in, so please excuse the bare bones picture.

I am not into name brands, quality or size but the family said try this one. It had features that I did not know how to do but this tv makes me wants to learn more. Picture is wonderful and sound awesome. I see the zits. i might buy something else.

Bought this tv about a year ago. I should of stayed with the fire tv. Have had nothing but problems with wifi connection and now my remote broke and every replacement I get does not work correctly

We appreciate your feedback on the Samsung DU7200 TV. I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your Wi-Fi disconnecting from the TV.

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. I recommend enabling auto-updates to ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.

Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

For assistance with pairing a new remote or with your wi-fi connection, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. Or visit us on the Samsung website and click on the ‘Support’ link for:

Too much clutter. Very disappointing

I’ve purchased over a dozen Samsung smart tvs for multiple properties over the last few years. Unfortunately the rise of Samsung “content” has made navigation much more difficult and ease of use, well, not easy.
They are valuing paid advertising over their owners. The tv buyer has become just another “captured user” forced to endure whatever junk they are pushing.
