Great resolution

I really do love the TV and the resolution is beautiful on it. The only thing that I do not like at all, is the remote. The remote is the worst one I have ever used. Even Roku remote control has a better quality.

since i started buying my own appliances i always go with samsung no doubt about it,the quality, the easy connections to phones and etc.all.my appliances , electronics are samsung..
its a great thing to buy..

TV bad user interface

TV is great, but the main and only problem with it is that the user interface has SO MANY DIFFERENT ICONS. The problem is that it is not near AS SIMPLE AS ROKU TV. I have family members who have SO MUCH TROUBLE NAVIGATING THE MENU rather than Rolu TV OS.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great TV. Not a fan of the remote.

I love our big TV. The only thing I don’t like is the remote how you adjust the sound. If you don’t get it exactly right, it goes to some other screen and you gotta hit some other button to shut some ladies voice off.
I’m sure there must be some way to change that but for right now it’s just stupid.

Wish I'd never bought it

If you sleep with the TV on do not buy this TV. You can't get it dim enough to sleep. I hate this TV and wish I would have never bought it. To be a Samsung and be sooooo expensive it's trash. Save your money and buy a TCL because that's what I'll be doing.

Go to: Settings > All Settings> General > System Manager > Time > Sleep Timer.
