Happy with quality of the TV. HOWEVER, My old Samsung remote gave me the ability to set a timer to turn off the TV. this new remote does not have that capability. Bummer.

Don’t do it. Picture is awful

I am extremely disappointed in how poor the picture quality is. The settings don’t help, I’m a professional editor, I’ve tried it all. The picture never stays the same and the AI blending is atrocious. The digital bits appear in everything and the 4K can hardly be called that. The only thing I’ve seen close to what was expected is running everything through the ARC via the PlayStation 5. Still, the jitters (adjusts don’t fix), the terrible display through source media, it’s just not good at all. This is the first Samsung TV I’ve bought for myself, I’ve considered trying the 120 mhz version but I just doubt that’s gonna be what it’s supposed to either, so I’ve already scheduled a return for the refund not 3 days after purchasing. I’ve decided this is the last Samsung I’ll ever purchase (and return). To be made in 2024 and the result be this poor is careless. Don’t do it.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your DU7200 TV’s image quality. The TV will upscale any content sent to it as best as possible. The closer your content is to 4K, the better the image will look on the screen.

Here are some tips to help improve picture clarity:

1) HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing.
2) If you have an analog cable box or satellite box, upgrade to a digital cable box or satellite box.
3) Change the output resolution of your devices, such as digital broadcast receivers, IPTV, and set-top boxes, to UHD or HD.
4) You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, and more by going to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings
5) Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode.
6) For optimal motion image performance, you may want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings.

Very difficult to use

We ended up returning it, it was very difficult to navigate and if often would disconnect from the Internet.
