This is the best tv in my house and i wish i had one in every room i watch tv. The picture, the sound are fantastic. I am very impressed Samsung!!

Samsung Fail

First, the quality of the TV is outstanding! That’s Five Star! But the interface between the TV, Samsung, applications, and Internet is a Zero Star! Our TV frequently does not operate (go to TV stations, applications) as Samsung somehow “controls” the interface and does not allow applications like YouTube TV and Netflix to open… rather the Samsung interface interferes.

Remote buttons are way too small for the elderly! Picture is great. No instructions! Have to take a picture, which doesn’t help anything! I get about 6 channels.
