Worst tv ever

I bought a 85” Samsung tv and it is worst purchase. The color is horrible and the sounds was so bad we had to purchase a sound bar to hear it. We filled out a complaint the Reps came out and said nothing they can do. I will never buy another Samsung again
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am so glad I got this TV…… All the features I wanted, beautiful picture, lots of features, and with my sound bar, the sound is awesome. Have to be careful to not “blow my neighbors peace & quiet” (I live in an apartment ) Very happy with the 75” screen and all the entertainment choices I have discovered this Samsung TV offers.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's just ok

So far this TV is OK it sometimes comes on with no sound and has to be powered off and back on. It also needs at least two usb ports.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We appreciate you sharing details of the sound issue you’re experiencing on your DU7200 TV. There are a few troubleshooting steps I recommend trying:
1) Please check the volume control of your TV, and then check the volume control of any external devices (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between any external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.
2) Set Sound Output to the TV Speaker by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Output.
3) Check whether Digital Output Audio Format is set to Pass-Through by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > Auto.
