Iffy viewing angle.

We bought the tv 6 months ago. We’ve been generally happy with it accept you need to be directly in front of the screen or the color becomes muted or washed out if you view it from an angle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Remote is terrible tv is great

Tv works great. The remote is terrible have to be at just the right angle for it to work have to stand up and move to get it to work correctly.

Thank you for reaching out and letting us know about the issues you are experiencing with your remote. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
First, please remove the batteries from your remote, and then hold the Power button for eight seconds to reset the remote. Then, reinsert the batteries and try to use the remote again.
Next, Check if the remote is sending an IR signal. Take either a digital camera or use the camera on your phone or tablet. Point the remote at the camera, and then press and hold the Power button on the remote. As you hold the button down, look at the camera's screen. If the remote is sending an IR signal, you will see a colored light coming from the remote control.
If you do not see the IR light, replace the batteries with fresh ones and try again. If you still do not see the IR light, then replace the remote.

TV is took dark on blacks . To animated. Adjusted many times and cant get it to look as good as my 10. Year old Visio.

It’s unfortunate to hear you’re not fully satisfied with the brightness of your DU7200 TV’s picture. Please know that we are here to help you.
First, let’s ensure you are running the latest Firmware Update. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.
Next, If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright, you can try adjusting Picture Modes, Contrast, Brightness, or Sharpness settings.
For darker scenes, I recommend Dynamic Picture Mode, which makes pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic.
Or you can manually adjust the Brightness by pressing the HOME button on your remote, then navigating to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings.
You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode, which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to Settings > All Settings> General > Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode.

Great picture.

Bought my TV couple Months ago and the only regret I have is not getting it bigger. Quite frankly this TV IS THE SHARPEST and has the best picture quality of all the other TVs in my home. Definitely recommend !
