Very good TV

I have had this tv for over a month now and it is a great tv. The picture is very good. The features are great and the sound is very good. The only problem I have found is that it randomly switches to the satellite system when I am trying to watch something else. Other than that it is a great tv.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good set inferior remote

Bought this 85" to replace our 6 year old 75" that quit holding programming. couldn't pass buying Price was 1\3 of the old set, Took awhile to adjust the picture to our liking, love it now. The only bad thing is the remote you have aim right at the sensor, the small size hard to control , swapping to the old remote now can point anywhere close to the screen. Would gave 5 stars except for the remote
I would recommend this to a friend!

We own two Samsung tv's and we bought another a month ago. My wife and I both are having problems using the remote. There was no paper work or instructions on how to use it. So the tv does things we don't understand. It changes channels on its own. And many other things. I can't under stand why there is no paper work on how to use the remote. Very disappointed

This is a replacement tv, had problems with the other tv. I’m not a fan of the replacement.

Pictures are like shadows

I bought this last year and I have never enjoyed it, when I set it up it always says contact the manufacturer

We are glad that you reached out to us regarding the display issues you are seeing on your Samsung DU7200 TV. I have a few recommendations that may resolve the shadows you are seeing on your screen.
First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.
Next, run a diagnostic test. Go to Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test. If there are no issues during the Picture Test, this means your TV is working fine. To identify and fix the issue, first, try replacing the cable of the external device that is showing lines. - If the shadows still appear after replacing the cable, troubleshoot the external device. - If shadows appear during the Picture Test, proceed to the next step.
If shadows appear during your test, the TV will need service. Please reach out to us so we can schedule a warranty appointment. 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. Needs work

Bought this TV a month ago, the remote is trash, I’ve been using the smart app. The tv will randomly pause whatever I’m watching and it’s quite frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
