We are very happy with our purchase .. Good quality and a sharp picture at a great price!
Our Only complaint is the sound quality, so get yourself a sound bar and it will make huge difference!

I bought the Samsung TV because we got Spectrum streaming service. This TV is supposed to sync up with the Streaming Service from Spectrum. We have had nothing but problems with it . Right now the TV is stuck on one channel and we’re waiting for the Spectrum service person to arrive and fix this!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bouthis tv on 11/2024, on 03/25 TV was done, screen was dark on a weekend, I couldn't watch my games....so sad. Called Samsung support and they would send a tech to troubleshoot the TV a week after., I couldn't wait...total failure/disaster. Broken TV still sitting the garage.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Picture is fine. Remote is crap, reported to help, sent new remote, still crap. Won't stay on channel, won't program. C ant afford to return. CRAP.

Thank you for reaching out and letting us know about the issues you are experiencing with your remote. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
First, please remove the batteries from your remote, and then hold the Power button for eight seconds to reset the remote. Then, reinsert the batteries and try to use the remote again.

Next, Check if the remote is sending an IR signal. Take either a digital camera or use the camera on your phone or tablet. Point the remote at the camera, and then press and hold the Power button on the remote. As you hold the button down, look at the camera's screen. If the remote is sending an IR signal, you will see a colored light coming from the remote control.

If you do not see the IR light, replace the batteries with fresh ones and try again. If you still do not see the IR light, then replace the remote.

Awesome Display, Great Features All of the Above!

I purchased the TV as part of my graduation from high school and I love it, paired it with a Samsung soundboard too and its by far the best purchase I've made! Fast operability, voice control, find my phone, 4K quality, this display can do so many things It's awesome

I bought this TV in February 2025 and it doesn’t work anymore. Haven’t heard back after a phone call documenting everything. Still waiting to hear from a repair man
