Bought this a few months ago and I am absolutely happy and content with my purchase. It's got so many fun features and so many options for hours of entertainment. Picture quality and sound is good. Can't really complain about anything because the price was awesome.

We have only had the tv for a few weeks so I can’t speak for how long it will last . That being said , the picture and sound on the tv is absolutely amazing . It was easy to set up and the price was great . Definitely would recommend it .

Audio problems

We have enjoyed the video portion of our 65 inch Crystal television for about four months now. The images are sharp and clear and the colors vivid to the eye. The audio leaves much to be desired. It tends to fade out then come back, and then may go silent until we restart the set. Then there is that nauseating little female voice the reads off screen instructions which cannot be silenced. These issues make me regret donating my previous television to a thrift shop.

It's great to hear you have enjoyed your DU7200 TV's 4K picture. I have a few troubleshooting steps to resolve the audio issues you described.
First, if your TV is announcing everything you do, then Voice Guide is turned on. Voice Guide is an accessibility function to assist users who are visually impaired. It is possible that you have turned it on by accident by holding down the volume button on your TV remote.
To turn off Voice Guide, navigate to Home > Settings > All Settings> General > Accessibility > Voice Guide Settings > Voice Guide.
Next, the Auto Volume function automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On.
You may also want to perform a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test.
