Compatible with my favorite apps

I have three Samsung smart TVs. I bought one for our bedroom and moved the appletv box to the main TV downstairs. We don't have cable, so we watch using streaming services. I chose Samsung because my other smart tv does not support one of my favorite streaming apps. When it was time to replace the TV in our office, we went with the Samsung version. We have no regrets.

Picture quality is great, but the operation of the unit is sluggish. It lags and the apps freeze frequently. I have purchase less expensive TVs that worked better. Will be first and only Samsung TV I ever purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate your feedback on the response time, and for optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your DU7200 TV. You can check this by going to Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

We appreciate your feedback on the Samsung DU7200 TV. I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your Wi-Fi disconnecting from the TV.
If your TV is having difficulties connecting to the internet, please try the following troubleshooting steps: 1) Check the network and the status of your access point. 2) On the remote control, press the button and move to Settings using the directional button. 3) Select Settings > General > Network > Network Status to check the network status. 4) If the network isn't connected, a network reset may be required. 5) Make sure that your access point is working correctly. Check the LED indicators on your access point to ensure it is operating normally. 6) Check the access point location if you use a wireless access point. If the access point is too far from the TV, move it closer. 7) Try rebooting the access point by disconnecting and reconnecting the power connector. It may take 1 to 2 minutes until the access point comes back online after a reboot. 8) If the same problem continues, select Settings > All Settings> General > Network > Network Status > IP Settings to change to a different DNS server. If a test occurs, cancel it and select IP Settings. 9) Select DNS Setting Enter manually. 10) Select DNS Server, enter 8.8.8.8, then select OK. 11) If the same problem continues, a software update or factory reset may be required.

Great TV for a great price. I don’t really like the remote though because it’s very basic. I keep having to google how to use features on the remote since there were no instructions and no labeled buttons.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'm absolutely loving my Samsung TV! The picture quality is stunning – the colors are so vibrant and the blacks are incredibly deep. Plus, the smart features are really intuitive and easy to use. It's definitely elevated my home entertainment experience.

With the TV size, I honestly feel like it provides a lot more clarity when it comes to the TV I could tell it has a lot of pixel so the image quality comes in very refreshing. I also like the connectivity and how fast is really able to cooperate with the rest of my technology really creating a simple technological field that’s able to be highly praised in my opinion. altogether, I really feel like the TV is really able to be put within my living room to create a very cohesive. Feel inside of the small environment with my small specific family. Thank you.
