Great tv except the sound

I like the TV in general. The picture is excellent. The set up was very easy. This is the third Samsung TV I have purchased, and the one thing that I am not liking about this particular one is the fact that the volume has to be turned up to 30 or so in order for me to be comfortable with the sound. My other two Samsung TVs are not that way. The volume on those two TVs is comfortable at 15 or so. I’ve tried the troubleshooting Ideas that I have found and it doesn’t seem to help.
I would recommend this to a friend!

terrible remote

Good picture but remote is terrible. Have to go thru lots of menus to get where you want to go - very user unfriendly. Fortunately, I saved the remote from my old set and I use that - just push button to go where you want - avoid menus.

Had to return

The Samsung 55" Class Crystal UHD DU7200 television was returned a couple days after it was bought. All the ports (HDMI, eARC, cable, external antenna) did not work, therefore it was useless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I Purchased this TV a couple of weeks ago and I love it. The picture is crisp and clear. I would recommend this TV to anyone. The remote is a little challenging, but it didn’t take me time at all and I was running it like a pro.

Crystal clear picture.

Nice crisp picture, love that! Was a pain to have to set up a Samsung account in order to use it. When I’m streaming news from my phone or iPad that sound mutes itself and you have to back out of it and go back in to hear it. Don’t know if it’s the tv or internet, but didn’t have this issue with the last tv. Overall, we love the picture quality.
