Hi Monk,

I apologize for the inconvenience you have had with the inconsistent sound volume. Please try adjusting the following Settings to improve your experience.

The Auto Volume function automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On.

You may also want to perform a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test.

This TV has great color and sound. I can't get over how much different TV shows and movies look watching on this TV compared to my old one. It's also easy to navigate through my apps and channels.

Good TV, bad integration, bad remote

Nice TV, but the remote is laggy. Further, the integration with a Samsung soundbar - SAMSUNG HW-S50B/ZA 3.0ch All-in-One Soundbar w/Dolby 5.1 is terrible - a lag that varies depending upon the TV source.
And, despite both being "Q Symphony" products, they cannot connect with this feature. I should have gone with the affordable Sonos option.

Hi Antney,

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung DU7200 TV. To address the audio delay, you may want to try the Audio Pass-Through feature. This feature allows the audio signal to be sent out unprocessed to an external Soundbar or receiver connected to the TV. The external Soundbar or receiver then processes the audio, thereby eliminating the added step of processing by the TV, which adds delay.

To activate this feature, go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > set to Pass-Through.

Love love this TV took it home plugged it up an it went right to my smart things home hub was very simple, to set up easy to sign in on all my networks best picture I've ever had on a TV I'm very very satisfied
