Hi, I have had my TV since last November and I enjoy it very much. I am 87 years old and I would like to see the news, movies , and game shows without all the Samsung ads which appear on my computer daily. This is very new to me and I find it annoying. I have a brand new TV and computer, so I need nothing new at this time. That's how I really feel!!

The remote control did not have voice control option, and did not carry Paramount

We appreciate your purchase and are sorry for any confusion regarding voice assistants. You are correct, the DU7200 does not have voice assistants built in. However, they do work with Alexa. You can connect them to your existing Alexa device to ask them to turn on your TV, change channels, control volume, and more.
Our DU8000 TV Series and above offer voice command and built-in voice assistants.
Regarding app availability, please know the Paramount+ app is available on your TV. To download the Paramount+ app, go to Home> (left directional button)> Search> Type in Paramount+> Download App.
