This was my first smart tv. So far I am very happy with it. The menu is easy to navigate, and adjustments are easy to make. The sound is good and the picture is great.

Bought this during Prime Days…Best Deal Ever!!! Am extremely satisfied with the 55 inch Smart TV. Only downside is the Remote that came with it.

We have been Samsung TV fans for years. We love the quality of their products. The simple remotes are a big plus. Easy navigation and channel changes are great. We just purchased another 55” QLED TV and love that one too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great tv horrible remote control.

I have had this tv for quite a while now. It has a crystal clear picture and the volume is average. But that remote brought this from 5 states to 3 stars. My husband and I are seniors and it is difficult to maneuver and to see. It also is so little we lose it very often.
