Not very user friendly, remote was just terrible.

Although this TV had great picture quality, it lacked in user friendly set up and the remote was Terrible !!! I tried to overlook these, but after several attempts of setting it up i gave up. Why couldn't a better remote have been provided?

I picked this set after having 2 other Samsung tvs that have help up for a few years now. The picture quality is one of the best in my opinion and the price is reasonable. I’m at the point where I don’t think I will by another brand. Thank you Samsung for this great product.
