Ive had the tv for about 3 months now, I had the exact same tv (an older model)for about 3 years but the updates you've made to it are fantastic a crisper clearer picture, resolution is great, colors are more vibrant, the new leg style makes it much more stable
I would recommend this to a friend!

Got this TV a month ago and it is GREAT... easy to set up and with my Dish network and Dennon stereo systems . All work just fine. TV has great color and sharp picture quality. Had to get a new Tv as my 2 year old LG TV went out .. will not get another of those.

I bought this a few months ago and it’s still as fast as the day I bought it! The shows that you get for free are really great so even if you don’t subscribe to streaming services you’ll still be able to watch good stuff. It was really cheap for quality and size of it too.

Terrible tone. Horrible remote. Actually, it may be the IR receiver because I purchased another remote and same dreadful results.
It seems as if Samsung has relegated itself to peddling its reputation - and no longer innovation. Coming from a Samsung diehard who has owned more than ten Samsung televisions…

Hi Arciess,
It’s unfortunate to hear you’re not fully satisfied with your DU7200 TV’s image and sound quality. Below are a few settings that I recommend adjusting:
There are several picture and sound settings that you can adjust to best fit what you are watching. Go to Home > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments. 2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. 3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. 4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. 5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also go to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image.
For sound adjustments, go to Settings> All Settings> Sound.
If you are experiencing issues with your remote control, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
First, please remove the batteries from your remote, and then hold the Power button for eight seconds to reset the remote. Then, reinsert the batteries and try to use the remote again.
Next, Check if the remote is sending an IR signal. Take either a digital camera or use the camera on your phone or tablet. Point the remote at the camera, and then press and hold the Power button on the remote. As you hold the button down, look at the camera's screen. If the remote is sending an IR signal, you will see a colored light coming from the remote control.
If you do not see the IR light, replace the batteries with fresh ones and try again. If you still do not see the IR light, then replace the remote.
