I bought my TV about 3 months ago. I have problems with my apps opening and streaming. I am not satisfied with the project.

We appreciate your feedback on your DU7200 TV, and for optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed. You can check this by going to Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

Tv fine but the sound is terrible. Sounds like very cheap speakers. I own 5 samsung tvs. All others fine. They must be cutting back on the tv's speakers and are cheap

Extremely satisfied with this Samsung TV. The picture quality is as good as being in the room or location with the actors. And paired with a sound bar the sound is amazing. Easy to set up and operate. Great purchase and addition for my home.

I received my TV a bit after the holidays. The TV is Great but there’s an ISSUE. After I pulled it out of the box to put it up on our wall, we noticed that there was some Damage to the screen. There are 2 separate long scrapes that we noticed. So in some of these views on the TV those spots are clearly viewable. I thought that we could get past it but it’s clearly affecting our viewing.
I would recommend this to a friend!
